Quality Control
In July, 1996 Metal Dynamics passed the required third party audit to become the First Foundry certified to
NQS9000.
In the early '90's it was decided that to remain a leader in
the metal casting industry, MDC must establish a quality management system in conformance with international standards. Today we control the quality of our castings by controlling the process by which they are made.
Complete metallurgical and nondestructive testing capabilities are provided. Spectrographic analysis are preformed in house for all the alloys we pour.
These capabilities make it possible for Metal Dynamics to produce castings to commercial, federal and military standards and allow our customers to compete in international markets requiring the most stringent certifications.
