QualityIn the early 1990's it was decided that to remain a leader in the metal casting industry, MDC must establish a quality management system in conformance with international standards. Today we control the quality of our sand and investment castings by controlling the process by which they are made. Metal Dynamics' operations and facilities have been registered to the ISO 9001 international quality standard since 1996. Our current ISO Quality Management System registration demonstrates Metal Dynamics' commitment to service, quality and customer satisfaction. Our program has been accepted by the U.S. Navy for use in producing castings to Level 1 Subsafe requirements. Our Quality Management System undergoes continuous improvement as a result of our customers ever changing needs. |
